4. Child Safety Standards

Whatsevr maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit:

• Uploading, sharing, or storing CSAM
• Sexual conversations involving minors
• Grooming or attempting to exploit minors
• AI-generated, animated, edited, or implied sexual content involving anyone under 18 years of age
• Any activity that promotes or facilitates child exploitation

Detection & Enforcement

Whatsevr uses automated detection systems together with human moderation to identify harmful content.

Accounts found violating these standards may be:

• Immediately suspended
• Permanently banned
• Reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities where required by law

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers and/or Google Play Billing where applicable.

We do not store complete debit or credit card details.

Users must not exchange money outside the Whatsevr platform for services offered within the app. Such activity may result in account suspension.

Digital purchases, wallet recharges, coins, subscriptions, and premium services are governed by our Delivery, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
